1. Research Use Only

All products sold by OzTideLab are intended strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes. Products are not for human consumption, veterinary use, or any therapeutic application. By placing an order, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or acting on behalf of a licensed research facility and that all products will be used exclusively for lawful research purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and located within Australia to purchase from OzTideLab. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is accepted via PayID and Osko. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping

We ship within Australia via Australia Post. Standard delivery is 3-7 business days. Free standard shipping is available on orders over A$199. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or customs.

5. Limitation of Liability

OzTideLab provides research compounds as described. We make no warranties regarding fitness for any particular research application. OzTideLab shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of OzTideLab and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.
